Looking for a long-term housing options for a short term? Stay in one of our welcoming suites, where the local shops, cafes and restaurants of Halifax’s vibrant North End are only steps away. We offer long-term options from December 1 to March 1.

$2800/month

There are eight Queen Suites, each with its own personality. All have queen beds tucked away in the sleeping nooks, kitchenettes, private bathrooms, clothing storage, living space, and desks for working.

$3200/month

There are eight King Suites. All have king beds, kitchenettes, private bathrooms, clothing storage, living space, and desks.

$4500/month

The loft is one of a kind! This standalone 1000 square foot 2-bed loft with a private entrance has a king and queen bed. The pictures don’t do it justice.

What is included in the rent?

• Fully furnished
• Flexibility on length of stay, stay for a month or three
